The Ruger Mark IV Hunter 40118 is a stainless steel, fluted barrel pistol. Like the name implies, its durable satin stainless finish and heavy barrel make it ideal for hunting or even just plinking. The biggest improvement of of these Mark IV pistols is the simple, one-button take down for easy field-stripping proper barrel/chamber cleaning. The Ruger Mark IV Hunter utilizes an internal cylindrical bolt construction that ensures permanent sight to barrel alignment and higher accuracy potential than conventional moving slide designs. Bolt ears textured for a better grip on the bolt. Magazine disconnect prevents the firearm from being discharged without the magazine inserted. Left side safety, marked white for safe, red for fire and the safety can be converted to left-side only with included washer. Accurate sighting system features adjustable rear sight and drilled and tapped receiver for Weaver- or Picatinny-style rail for easy mounting of optics. Checkered wooden grips with a smoothly contoured, comfortable grip features natural pointing grip angle with replaceable grip panels for a non-slip hold. Includes Two(2) 10-round magazines!
