firearm Rental Policy and procedure
The following criteria will be a requirement of any customer wishing to rent a firearm from Shoot Straight. At the time of rental, the customer must be over the age of 21 and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Have an operational firearm with them
- Have a valid concealed weapons permit (cannot be expired)
- Be accompanied by another person who is over the age of 21 and has either an operational firearm or valid concealed weapons permit with them
Customers wishing to rent a firearm must also be a U.S. citizen and have a Shoot Straight Range Membership.
Proof of these criteria will be validated by a Shoot Straight employee and include documenting which of the qualifying criteria have been met, then signed and dated by both the employee and the rental customer.
Firearms rented from Shoot Straight may not leave the premises. Only ammunition purchased at Shoot Straight may be used with rented firearms.
