CRKT 5290 Brian Tighe Rade Folding Knife: The Tighe Rade by CRKT is a production version of Brian’s custom model and is an excellent quality production at that. The 3.38″ blade is made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel with a satin finish and dual hollow ground drop point shape. It’s a typical Brian Tighe style design which pairs an intricate, ergonomic handle with a wicked cool, functional blade. The handle is 4.53″, made from milled 6061T6 Aluminum with a supremely ergonomic shape. It’s a button lock design that gives you nearly all the enjoyment of one of Brian’s customs without the handmade price tag. Superb design, superb execution, and an even better value! Brian Tighe doesn’t know how to do anything subtle. Case in point: his latest everyday carry folding knife with a button lock screams style. The aluminum handle features contoured, textured grooves.
